Eligibility for Returns

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your paperback book arrives damaged or contains printing defects, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the book.
  2. Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
  3. Change of Mind: Returns for reasons such as changing your mind or purchasing the wrong item are not eligible unless specified under a specific promotion.

Conditions for Return

  1. The book must be in new and unused condition without any signs of wear, writing, or damage.
  2. All original packaging, including any protective covers or inserts, must be included.
  3. A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at whistlehollowpublishing@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and a description or photo of the issue if applicable.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned book, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility.

Refunds

  1. Damaged or Defective Books: A full refund will be issued upon approval.
  2. Incorrect Items: A replacement will be provided, or a refund issued if the item is no longer available.
  3. Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approving the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

  1. Books purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized retailers.
  2. Sale or clearance items (unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival).
  3. Personalized or custom-printed books.
